Appropriate 3-year tertiary qualification. Grade 1: no experience; Grade 2: 10 years; Grade 3: 20 years appropriate community development experience after qualification. Facilitate integrated community development interventions, coordinate stakeholders and partnerships, support communities and provide administrative support.
