Role requirements

Grade 12 and National Diploma (NQF 6) in Human Resource Management, Public Management or Public Administration. Three years’ junior management experience in HR Policy. Valid driver’s licence; willingness to travel and work irregular hours. Develop, review, implement and advocate HR policies and delegations; develop HR plans and conduct workforce analysis.
