Role requirements

NQF level 06 qualification in Human Resources Management/Public Administration or relevant qualification, valid driver’s licence and 3 years’ junior management experience in policy development and transformation programme implementation. Manage transversal HR policy development, policy compliance strategies, transformation programmes, HR policy implementation and sub-directorate resources.
