Role requirements

NQF level 06 qualification in Human Resources Management/Public Administration or relevant qualification, valid driver’s licence and 3 years’ junior management experience in Human Resources Information Systems. Manage PERSAL, automated HR systems and reporting, establishment control services, service delivery strategies and sub-directorate resources.
