Role requirements

NQF level 7 qualification in Management Services, Operations Management, Production Management or Industrial and Organizational Psychology; five years’ management experience in Organisational Development. Requires job evaluation experience. Manage organisational structures, job profiles and grading, business processes, SOPs, service standards, change programmes and human resources.
