Role requirements

Relevant NQF level 7 qualification or equivalent recognised by SAQA; minimum five years middle/senior management experience. Knowledge of housing legislation, public finance, construction compliance and project management. Monitor housing expenditure, administer housing project claims and assess municipal housing delivery performance. Manage Directorate strategy, staff, budgets, procurement, assets and risks.
