Role requirements

Relevant NQF level 7 qualification or equivalent recognised by SAQA; minimum five years middle/senior management experience. Knowledge of property management, housing legislation, public finance and construction compliance. Manage title deeds, property transfers, rental housing, leases, land disposal and immovable assets. Lead Directorate strategy, personnel, financial management and risk management.
