Published packageR1 317 384 per annum (Level 13), (an all-inclusive remuneration package). The package includes a basic salary (70% of package) and a flexible portion that may be structured in terms of the applicable guidelines.

Role requirements

Relevant NQF 7 undergraduate qualification; 5 years’ middle/senior managerial experience in property valuation; Professional Valuer registration; valid driver’s license; extensive travelling; Nyukela programme before appointment. Oversee MPRA valuation guidelines, municipal compliance, valuation reporting, provincial support and research.
