Role requirements

Relevant SAQA-recognised NQF level 7 qualification; five years middle/senior management experience. Duties include monitoring municipal infrastructure planning, maintenance, development and budgeting; facilitating long-term planning, funding and asset planning; supporting infrastructure governance and service delivery; monitoring municipal capital budgets; strategic, financial and people management.
