Role requirements

Matric and NQF 7 Bachelor’s Degree/BTech in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Architectural Technology or Quantity Surveyor; five years middle/senior managerial experience in built-environment technical support or housing delivery. SMS Pre-Entry Certificate and valid driver’s license required. Manage building norms, quality assurance, inspections, technical support, alternative energy initiatives and business unit performance.
