Role requirements

Grade 12; NQF Level 5 qualification and/or DHA Qualification: Home Affairs Services (NQF level 5). Valid drivers’ license. Knowledge of departmental legislation, public service framework and Batho Pele Principles. Duties include birth and death registration, verifying informants, capturing applications, issuing birth certificates, maintaining registers, governance, compliance and resource management.
