Role requirements

NQF 6 qualification in Human Resource Management/Public Management/Public Administration, two years’ HRM experience and valid driver’s license. Knowledge of PERSAL, performance management and HR prescripts. Administer performance agreements and assessments, PMDS databases, pay progression, employment equity plans and reports, committee secretariat services and HR registers.
