Role requirements

Relevant NQF level 6 HR Management diploma or relevant qualification; one year HR administration experience; extensive PERSAL knowledge and experience; valid driver's license. Administer conditions of service, recruitment, pensions and performance payments, approve PERSAL transactions and provide advisory services.
