Role requirements

Matric or NCV Level 4 with three-year HR Management/Development degree or diploma, relevant PERSAL certificate, 3–5 years’ HR experience and valid driver’s license. PERSAL, COLTECH and legislative knowledge required. Administer employee benefits, payroll, leave, recruitment, selection and personnel records; coordinate qualification verification and reporting.
