Information Technology Technician

Role requirements

Relevant NQF level 6 Information Technology qualification; three years’ appropriate experience; valid driver’s license; specified Microsoft certification, A+ and Network+ required. Provide end-user hardware, software and network support; maintain LAN, internet, email, security updates and server backups. Manage calls and reports. Travel, overtime and standby duties required when necessary.
