Role requirements

Two posts. NQF level 6 qualification or equivalent or higher; 1 year relevant experience. Knowledge of organisational development, organisation design, process improvement and public service frameworks. Support work organisation capacity improvements, job design, transversal organisation design and alignment, service delivery and Batho Pele initiatives, and practice enablement and development.
