Role requirements

Various posts on 12-month contract. NQF level 6 qualification or equivalent or higher; 1 year relevant experience. Knowledge of organisational development, design and process improvement. Support departmental capacity improvements, job design, transversal organisation design and alignment, service delivery and Batho Pele initiatives, and practice enablement and development.
