Role requirements

Grade 12 or equivalent plus three years’ HRM experience with relevant exposure, or Diploma/Degree (NQF 6/7) in HR Management/Public Administration/Public Management. Knowledge of PERSAL, establishment management and HR legislation; intermediate Excel skills. Support HR plans, workforce statistics, establishment control, vacancy management, forecasting, reporting and stakeholder liaison.
