Role requirements

Grade 12 and National Diploma (NQF 6) in Real Estate, Property Studies, Property Valuation or Facilities Management; three years relevant experience. Inspect and verify provincial properties, allocate residences, recover municipal accounts, collect revenue, invoice tenants and reconcile debtors.
