Senior Human Resource Practitioner

Role requirements

NQF level 6 National Diploma in Human Resource Management; three years’ HR experience; PERSAL certificates and system experience; valid driver’s license. Supervisory experience advantageous. Supervise pension administration, maintain HR databases, implement HR policies, advise staff and management, facilitate recruitment and selection, and capture and approve PERSAL transactions.
