State Accountant (Property Section)

Role requirements

Grade 12, Finance/Public Administration National Diploma (NQF 6) and three years relevant experience. Knowledge of public service/property prescripts, PFMA, Treasury Regulations, BAS and LOGIS. Administer rates, municipal charges, lease stop orders, tenant billing, debtor reconciliation and administrative support supervision.
