Before you apply
- Open the full official advert and record the exact title, reference number and closing time.
- Use the submission route in that advert. Do not assume every post needs the same portal or email.
- Complete a separate, signed Z83 when the advert requires one and attach only the documents requested.
- Keep the sent email, portal confirmation or delivery receipt.
